We have used concise for several years now, what I find really good is the response times & the time taken to listen & resolve issues. Sometimes a minor issue can cause people (especially someone not as technically minded as me) but whenever I've contacted concise all issues have ben resolved quickly to my colleagues & my satisfaction.
I have & will continue to recommended Concise to any business, no matter the size of that business.
