I had mixed experiences with Citadel Labs. While some aspects of their service were great, others were lacking. The website (citadellabs.sg) needs improvement in terms of user experience. The team was responsive, but the overall quality of the work could be better. However, they did meet the deadline and were open to feedback. Overall, I had an average experience with them.
