I was not impressed with my experience at BvL.com. The website bvl.net was slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to browse and shop. The customer service was also subpar, with unhelpful representatives who seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. Overall, I would not recommend BvL.com based on my experience.
