As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Palser Beth Studio. The website, bethpalser.com, is visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall service to be lacking. The communication was slow and at times unresponsive. Additionally, the quality of the products I received was just average. Overall, I expected more from this company.
