I recently had a not-so-great experience with Wow Distributing. The product I received was not as described and I had to go through a lengthy return process. It was quite frustrating and I expected better from them. However, their customer service team eventually resolved the issue and offered a replacement. Despite the initial disappointment, I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
