I had an average experience with Remax Crest. The customer service was decent, but the overall communication could have been better. The agent I worked with seemed knowledgeable, but I felt like I had to do most of the research on my own. In terms of the website, it was easy to navigate and find listings. However, I wish there were more detailed descriptions and better quality photos. All in all, an average experience.
