I had an average experience with Tiko. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The printer I purchased had some issues, and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, they eventually resolved the problem and the printer is now working fine. Overall, I would say Tiko is an okay company.
