I recently tried yoga for the first time at Vero yoga classes & henna and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were patient and created a welcoming atmosphere. The classes were well-paced and suitable for beginners. I left each class feeling accomplished and energized. I highly recommend Vero yoga classes & henna to anyone interested in starting their yoga journey.
