I recently booked a vacation package with Grandescapes LLC and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit uninterested and didn't go out of their way to make us feel valued as customers. Overall, it was a decent experience but nothing extraordinary.
