I had a great experience with Twist It Yoga. The instructors were knowledgeable and friendly. The classes were well-structured and challenging. I especially enjoyed the variety of yoga styles offered. The studio was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Twist It Yoga to anyone looking for a quality yoga studio.
