Poor products and poor design. The equipment break...

Poor products and poor design. The equipment breaks and they want you to ship it back and they will fix it. Under a year since purchased the whole thing should be replaced new if I'm going to ship it back! Equipment has gone downhill and we are constantly needing new warmers, new pumps, etc even though we have constant cleaning and replacement of o-rings, seals, springs etc. Bad bad bad.
