I stayed at Hotel Sebastian's recently and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend Hotel Sebastian's to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
