Management is terrible. HR is even worse. Hours aren t right at all. They will tell you get ready to work 50 hours this week but actually work 30. They promote lazy people to higher ups and make the workers do everything with no training. They will force you to work into other departments and not give you any incentive to learn another job. Good luck, only the strong survive there.
