The overall experience with mySpoonful has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is helpful, but I feel like the product options are limited compared to other similar companies. It would be great if they could expand their product range. The delivery process was smooth and the quality of the products I received was good. However, the packaging could have been better as some items arrived slightly damaged.
