I recently purchased a mattress from a local store and it turned out to be a terrible experience. The mattress was uncomfortable and the customer service was non-existent. However, after doing some research, I decided to give Marks Mattress Outlet a try and I'm so glad I did. The quality of their mattresses is exceptional and the customer service was outstanding.
