As a newcomer to the world of martial arts, I was initially hesitant to join Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade. However, I am so glad I did! The instructors are patient, skilled, and incredibly welcoming. They create a safe and inclusive environment where I feel comfortable learning and growing.
