The staff at this location have very poor customer...

The staff at this location have very poor customer service. I was gifted a Groupon voucher for a prenatal massage package, and when when I showed up to use it they told me I would have to pay the difference between a prenatal and regular massage (which was significant.) Since I did not purchase the Groupon myself I was forced to pay extra for a service that should have been a treat.

Again I was gifted a Groupon voucher and when I called to schedule an appointment to redeem it I was told I could not use the vouchers and that it was for first time customers only. How can I have any control over a surprise gift? Someone was trying to do something nice for me and now I had a useless voucher.

Apparently this company is not concerned with having returning customers. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous price for average service I suggest you look elsewhere.
