I recently moved to Vernon, BC, Canada and have been using the services provided by the city. I must say that I am quite satisfied with their services. The city offers a wide range of amenities and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the efforts put in by the city to ensure the well-being of its residents. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the online services by making them more user-friendly. Other than that, everything has been great!
