I recently had my makeup done at a studio in town. The experience was good, and the makeup artist did a satisfactory job. However, I felt that the studio lacked a welcoming atmosphere and the overall service could have been more personalized. The staff was polite, but the communication could have been better. That being said, I was content with the final look, but I wouldn't consider it exceptional.
