Awful. Pathetic customer service. After paying 1000 rs per pax, you are going to regret later. The place and ambience is good. Area is nestled in Aravali but the farmhouse is totally ill managed. The food that is being served is absolutely unfit for consumption. Chicken that was prepared was dripping blood allover, it seemed they didn't even cared for cleaning the same. The manager was nowhere bothered about the feedback. Mr. Hooda was totally unconcerned about everything. People waited for an hour for the buffet to be replenished. They won't let you be in rain dance for more than 10 minutes. The pool was ill maintained. The room was having bad odour, the bathroom wasn't having any of the amenities. This was my worst experience till date. There are so many of great farmhouses in the vicinity, you should definitely avoid this one at any cost.
I hope the management of this farmhouse is going to read the customer feedback and take it as constructive criticism and will improve the service.
