I recently had an average experience with this real estate company. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of property listings, I found the customer service to be rather lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, I felt the communication could have been more prompt and professional. Additionally, the properties I viewed didn't quite meet my expectations based on the descriptions and photos provided. Although I appreciate the selection of properties available, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and transparency.
