Ordered a modern style tolite over 2 months ago an...

Ordered a modern style tolite over 2 months ago and still waiting! When we call they say "nothing they can do" . They need to be honest with their customers and provide other options.
It is definitely the last time we order from here. We have alot of projects coming up so its a shame for them.
