I recently used the services of a law firm and found that their expertise in the field was quite satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs, and the website provided useful information about their areas of practice. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive and responsive, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case. Overall, the experience was average, and while it got the job done, there was room for improvement in terms of client communication and follow-up.
