Stayed at 405 Broadway. Overpriced student housing is all I have to say. When there are issues, maintenance cuts corners to find a quick fix to the issue. Water leaked from our ceiling twice throughout the year, most likely because a cheap and easy solution was used to try and fix the problem. After the water leaked through the ceiling, there were dark brown water stains on the ceiling. The solution to fixing that, spray painting the ceiling with white spray paint rather than replacing the ceiling squares. Cheap solutions that only fix the issue in the short term, NOT the long term.
