I've had a great experience with Applied Fitness Solutions. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the workouts are challenging but enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I have seen great progress in my fitness since joining Applied Fitness Solutions. Highly recommend it!
