My experience with this orthodontist was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were decent. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and explanation of the treatment process. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome of my treatment, but I believe there are areas that could be improved upon. I would still recommend this practice as the end result was positive.
