I recently started mentoring with a program and it has been an enriching experience. The ability to support someone in their personal and professional growth is truly fulfilling. The program I am part of strongly emphasizes the importance of building a trusting relationship with the mentee. It has made me more self-aware and a better communicator. Highly recommend getting involved in a mentoring program!
