I m really disappointed with the service of this company. I spent quite a lot of money with them for my daughter s 1st birthday. One thing I purchased was 3 foot balloon. I got it home just fine and placed it in the corner of the room and after 2 hours it popped. It wasn t being touched or moved and there was nothing around that could have popped it. When I called I was told that s just the risk you take with those balloons. I m sorry but if you re paying that much money for a single balloon, having it pop for no reason isn t a risk anyone should have to take. I m very disappointed with the lack of care or concern over this matter and I won t be shopping there again.
