I chair a growing charity and needed a new FD / Financial controller. Better Prospects has been know to me for a long time and have always had a very good reputation for service. They listened carefully to the brief I gave them and came up with a couple of first class candidates. Despite the imminent Covid 19 lockdown I was able to meet up with my preferred candidate and was delighted that she matched my requirements. Having met with her and then obtained good references I was able to hire her just before the lockdown occurred! I am delighted to say that she has fulfilled all my expectations and probably more and has settled into the team brilliantly. Better Prospects handled everything really well and professionally and I will use them again without doubt as we continue to grow.
