I have been a loyal customer of R.e.d. - recognize & escape danger for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While they do provide some valuable information on personal safety, I often find their workshops to be lacking in depth and practicality. The instructors are knowledgeable, but the sessions tend to be too brief to really dive deep into the subject matter. Overall, I would rate my experience with R.e.d. as average.
