Having searched for the Sprinter van with the features I have wanted for the past eight months and doing business remotely was a huge concern. I was in the process of finalizing another vehicle at a dealership in Texas in November when another sales person went above who I was working with and sold it to another customer unannounced. I was hesitant about working with another salesperson remotely but Nick was extremely helpful with making sure all of my concerns were heard and answered. Through every stage of the process, Nick was helpful, going above and beyond to schedule the vehicle to be brought in and the undercarriage photographed so I could see it before I made a decision. Having never traveled to buy a car this was a top notch experience from the start. In speaking with Nick about the dealership I also learned that the owner is regularly in working with customers and sales people which means a lot. I own a business and I know when the owner is invested in his people, they will be invested in the customers. I'm very glad to have made the decision to purchase from Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. I hope I can do business with them in the future.
