What a nightmare, the billing manager is nasty, rude and demeaning. They overcharged me and they were not willing to correct the bill. In addition I asked them specifically not to send the biopsy to a lab and they did and now the lab is trying to collect $300. 8 minutes of work $1200 and a Dr. did not even provide the services. I offered to settle and they did not even consider the offer at 50%. Stay away, overpriced and misleading. Call your Regular Dr. and they will remove the skin tags for 20% the cost. I made the mistake of calling Somerset. Please don't make the same mistake.
