Their management is a complete joke. When we moved in, the place was disgusting and filled with dead bugs. We had black mold in our toilets and their maintenance said they won t clean it up because black mold is a myth . We haven t lived in Wisconsin in 4 months and they are still contacting us wanting us to pay for random fees and utilities we already paid for. Do not rent through them unless you want to get screwed over.
