The experience with Mic-Mac, INC was quite average. The website, thenypr.com, was easy to navigate but lacked some important information. Overall, the customer service was satisfactory and the product quality was decent. However, I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging was not up to the mark. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
