Overall learning experience was great, instructor with Big Data and Hadoop class was quite experienced. The only thing that's a problem with edureka is support team, I understand that few people might have good experience but I had terrible experience with them. I recently joined Linux course and there was some technical glitches with the gotomeeting session. When I requested them for the refund which is actually possible within 7 days of joining the class according to edureka's policy, they started giving me suggestions about changing the class or watching the recorded videos. I denied all this because of my personal reasons but the support person he went crazy and started talking to me rudely saying that "OK...OK...we will refund your money back" as if he is doing some favor to me by giving me my money back. Previously I was thinking to join some other course in future with edureka but now I will never come back. Thank you very much for all your help and support.

Now I called edureka and Informed them about a case opened up with PayPal and they are refunding the Money. I will consider to give them an additional 1/2 star if I get my money back in time.

Finally I got my money back and it's been week now I got the refund. Also many thanks to the head of support team who helped in resolving the issue and gave me the entire course for free. Thanks a lot I really appreciate it. Once again thank you.

This is a scam company now. They don't even refund the money if you have purchased the course by mistake. They owe my $600 and keep on saying that Paypal has blocked that money because of the dispute. That's not the case I reached out to Paypal and the payment was cleared. Looks like I am not coming to them anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else.
