I have had an average experience using the healthcare information system provided by e-his.ca. While it does offer the necessary features to manage patient records, I find the user interface to be slightly outdated. Navigating through the system can be a bit confusing at times. The customer support team, however, has been helpful and responsive. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of user experience.
