I recently purchased a product from Dragons Life Systems LTD and overall it was an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the product arrived later than expected and I had some issues with customer service. They were not very responsive and it took a long time to resolve my issue. Hopefully, they improve their customer service in the future. Not the best experience, but not the worst either.
