AWESOME GYM!! Visiting Atlanta for a conference, I looked up a friend who goes to Crossfit RX. The class hours are great and were an easy fit into my schedule. It is well equipped equipment-wise and instructor-wise. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to offer help, at any level, if needed. I did the prescribed workout, but noticed they also have advanced workouts for those Games oriented crossfitters. This Professional and Family-Friendly gym is, with a doubt, where I would be if I lived in the area.
