The experience I had with Global collaborative network, llc was average. The company website global-collab.net was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer service was not up to par. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, I would say they need to improve their customer service.
