Unfortunately I had the complete displeasure to interact with a woman named Lisa at your facility. What an absolute horror of a person. Completely rude and just down right nasty. Short blonde with a hell of an attitude. She should really consider a profession where she doesn t have to speak to anyone. Shocked that she found employment with your establishment. I will be making other arrangements as she has completely turned me and my family off from ever coming here again.
