I had a mixed experience with the company's services. While the final results were satisfactory, I found their communication to be lacking. There were multiple instances where I had to follow up to get updates on the progress of the project. It would be great if Advanced Power, LLC could improve their responsiveness and provide clearer timelines for future customers.
