EXCELLENT COMPANY WITH SEVERAL STRONG, RAZOR SHARP...

EXCELLENT COMPANY WITH SEVERAL STRONG, RAZOR SHARP COMPETITIVE EDGES and OPPORTUNITIES: People, Process, Product.

International Bancard is the one of the strongest FinTech companies of its kind....and by far, earns my highest praise to work for and work with. Here's why.

1.LOCATION: Not only is International Bancard located in the heart of downtown; however, IB offices inside on the top floors are filled with absolute stunning decor completely feeling the modern lux industrial vibe...barcelona chars and all.

2. People. Amazing history and success/inspirational story from founder on how his ambitious entrepreneurial spirit built IB from the ground up and 20 years later, still going strong and GROWING EVEN STRONGER! Not only do we have a strong culture filled with talented and passionate professionals, but each and every one of us really strive hard to deliver service excellence at the highest lever=l internally with each other within our departments as a team and externally to our clients as a team.

2. Process. IB really takes care of their employees by really listening. When I say listening, REALLY listening and then apply and take action as a team. IB is great at providing resources and support to make sure one is set up for success. I'm proud to be a be able to contribute my existing sales and marketing efforts and talents in a strong impactful way by co-vamping the Marketing department to where it is now by building processes, brand standards, and new creative approaches to enhance our workflows to maximize efficiencies from end-to-end users to multiple sales channels.

3. Product. Payment solutions is such a highly commoditize product and we have every solutions available. And, if we don't, then we will find a way to GET IT. Note: We don't just deliver "a product", we want to deliver an experience attached to the product to where we always want to strive to make every experience memorable.

OVERALL: Excellent Company and People!
