Lousy service. Terrible. Total neglect with the customer. I keep wondering what after sales should be like, if you don't deign to answer the phone !!!!! Luckily I never needed anything other than to answer the phone to schedule a visit. In times of pandemic do not answer the phone ????? Worse than public agency. As they are the only Suzuki dealership in Porto Alegre, even though my truck is great, incredible, my next car will be anyone but a Suzuki.
