Have worked with Richard Robbins organization for over a decade in various capacities. One of the best real estate coaching and training organizations in North America by far! I like Richard's philosophies on systems, mindset and relationship building, while staying current with changes in technology and marketing like social and video for example.

As a Broker of RE/MAX River City in Edmonton, AB. Canada we serve over 130 Agents and transact over 2400 properties a year. We onboard new to industry agents, those joining teams and those looking to take their career to the next level of production and work/life balance. We've run the Masters Formula program several times now and like it because it meets the needs of those new to industry and established or veteran agents alike. The online modules, exclusive video training and downloads are very valuable. But the most important elements are almost always the conversations and shares that come out of the group discussions as a result of the promptings in the program. We will continue to integrate and promote Richard's programs into our brokerage and would encourage others to as well.

In addition, I was previously in their coaching program as a selling agent in my prior career timing. Found huge value in their coaches and process, it helped me systematize my business, grow my team and generate increased profits at the same time as more time off. I was able to balance a productive sales team as well as managing my investment real estate projects and took a min. of 8 to 12 weeks off away travelling per year.
