I had a mixed experience with Custom-Riflescom. The quality of their rifles is great, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff was somewhat helpful, but they often seemed disinterested and not willing to go the extra mile. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my order, which was frustrating. However, once I received my rifle, I was impressed with the craftsmanship and accuracy. Overall, I would recommend Custom-Riflescom for their products, but they could definitely work on their customer support.
