I have been a customer of Smartsouls for a while now and I must say, their service is average. Although their website looks great and is easy to navigate, the overall experience could be improved. The products they offer are good, but nothing exceptional. The customer support is decent, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say Smartsouls is an okay company to shop from.
