I recently had to call Smith County 911 District, and I was slightly disappointed with their response time. While they eventually dispatched the necessary help, it took longer than expected. However, the emergency responders were professional and provided the necessary assistance once they arrived. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of response time, but overall it was a satisfactory experience.
