I am a customer of Gropper and I have to say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the response time is a bit slow and I sometimes have to wait longer than expected to get a resolution to my issues. Overall, I am satisfied with their services but there is definitely room for improvement.
