I've been attending Breathe Pilates Ltd for a few months now and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes are always challenging but rewarding. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. I've seen a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility since I started. Breathe Pilates Ltd is definitely worth a try!
