The shopping experience I had with Continued was less than satisfactory. Although their website is easy to navigate and visually appealing, the quality of their clothing was below average. The materials used felt cheap and the overall fit was off. Moreover, the customer service was unhelpful and didn't even respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. I wouldn't rate Continued as a great company in terms of product quality and customer support.
